Betriebliche: To do the same Ausbildung in 2 years. Going to school (Berufsschule) 2 or 1 day a week for 2 years and 4 days or 3 days. Working personally in the company. The other students in your class are young people between the ages of 18-20 who are doing Ausbildung, that is, receiving a 3-year education.
Außer betriebliche Umschulung: 2 years of theoretical knowledge in non-school courses or educational institutions and up to 6 months of Praktikum. Some also get a driver’s license and pay for a laptop. Lessons are mostly online. Some of them also provide Praktikum and employment guarantee. It costs between 25-30 thousand Euros.
Additionally, some large companies have a structure that provides theoretical training within their own organization. In other words, instead of school, theoretical courses are taken at the company and practical work is done at the same time.
